Same computer, same output chain, RT cable on the input side and using RS software I get WAY MORE latency. This is with using Bias or Amplitube amp sims through my DAW. If I use my Focusrite Gen 2 interface I can get round trip latency in the 4-5 ms range. If you're saying the cable alone doesn't I suppose it's possible but the whole system using it and RS does have latency I can easily detect.
